When someone interacts with a chatbot powered by MYCB, we collect:

  • Chat Messages: All messages sent to and received from the chatbot, including questions, responses, and any information voluntarily shared

  • Retention Period: Chat data is retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless a business owner or end user requests earlier deletion
  • AI Processing: Chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. OpenAI's data usage is governed by their API data usage policies, which do not use API data for training
  • Business Owner Access: Business owners can view all conversations with their chatbot through our dashboard

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Business Owners: End user chat data is shared with the business owner whose chatbot you interact with. They control how they use this data
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services including:
    • OpenAI (AI processing)
    • Railway (hosting)
    • Maileroo (email delivery)

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
